August is Summer Sun Safety Month. Please look after yourself when outside in daylight hours. Stay in the shade, use sunscreen, and dress to protect yourself with hats, sunglasses and loose-fitting, long sleeve shirts. Limit your exposure to sun, especially from noon until sundown when the sun's rays are the strongest.
